A normal-day range is not a guaranteed payout.

A Kiosk’s normal takings of ₦2,500–₦5,000 are gross. Subtract ₦1,800 operating cost to get raw margin ₦700–₦3,200. The shipped payout function rounds this to the nearest ₦500, giving a normal baseline payout range of ₦500–₦3,000 before tax and modifiers. Its catalog bad-loss value is ₦2,000. Keep the loss scenario separate from ordinary costs; do not quietly average it into a “safe daily return”.

Use Phone → Invest and the current offer to check availability, adjusted purchase prices and event effects. Preserve rent and operating reserves before a purchase. The recorded payout hour is 18:00 game time; the payout log and Bank are the places to inspect actual cash and tax.

Businesses, land and haulage are different decisions.

Businesses have normal takings, operating costs and bad-day loss fields. Land records grow asset value over time and carry separate risk; value growth should not be counted as a cash wage. A Mack Haulage Trailer is a separate ₦18,000,000 catalog purchase with its own driver and breakdown costs. Its normal takings reference is ₦117,000–₦209,000, driver cost ₦30,000, breakdown field 8% and repair field ₦95,000. A complete trailer forecast needs current activation and event rules.

The business catalog resale fraction is 60% before applicable premiums and live conditions. Sale value and recurring profit are distinct.

Land: value growth, not an evening wage.

Dated catalog fields. The shipped model multiplies weekly growth by 1.25 after its economy-change boundary, and applies a live land index; these fields alone are not a current guaranteed rate.

Open Phone → Invest and inspect the live plot. Value growth is realized through asset value rather than daily wages. The client lists a 5% land-sale fee and a 10% omo-onile fee; dynamic policy can alter risk and conditions. Preserve bills and review the live offer before buying. Do not treat these original risk fields as the complete current risk policy.

The Property Fund is a liquidity decision.

The public client describes a Lagos Property Fund with a 1% weekly reference field, a ₦1,000,000 minimum cash-in, a 5% exit fee and a weekly withdrawal allowance of 5% of starting value, with a ₦1,000,000 minimum allowance. Its evening payout is 50 × floor(value × 0.01 ÷ 7 ÷ 50); the sum of seven rounded evenings can therefore differ from exactly 1% of value.

For a ₦1,000,000 holding, the baseline formula gives ₦1,400 per evening, or ₦9,800 over seven evenings before tax. This is an attributed client calculation, not a guaranteed live return. Fund availability depends on a world switch. Inspect the live Phone → Invest offer, withdrawal limits, fees and tax before committing rent money. A withdrawal limit is not a promise that all your funds can be withdrawn immediately.

Read savings and bond offers in the live Bank.

Open Phone → Bank. The official help describes daily savings interest and seven-day bonds paying at maturity. No current server rates were obtained for this guide, so there is no invented preset interest rate or bond-profit forecast. Check the live offered rate, access to funds and bill timing before locking game money.

Track the other-income bucket.

The current economic policy taxes both wages and other income, with separate weekly allowances. Business income does not consume the wage allowance. The pre-tax operating calculator does not forecast the remaining other-income allowance, government/event modifiers or a guaranteed return.
